Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped as soon as possible. Most online orders are shipped within 24-48 hours during regular business days (Monday – Friday). Deliveries are subject to availability of stock. If an item is backordered, you will receive an email to allow for the extended delivery timeframe or the option to cancel the item for a full refund. Items that ship separately from the original order will be charged as separate orders. 

For Team bulk orders, please allow up to 4 weeks from the time the bulk order is placed.  

Once an order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message. A flat-rate ship fee of $9 is charged on most orders. Occasionally, we do offer free shipping. Please see our Free Shipping Policy for more details. 

Packages left at the front door and/or at the delivery address are considered to be delivered. Riptide Swim Shop is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered by FedEx, UPS, or USPS. If you wish to have a signature for delivery, please call the shop after placing your order (703) 753-5111. You may also leave a message and we will confirm receipt of the voice mail with a call back. 

Returns & Exchanges

We are confident you will be satisfied with our products. If by any chance you are not satisfied, we will gladly help you with an exchange or return.  

  • All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and in its original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment on the receipt or store credit may be issued.
  • We will consider swimsuit returns only if the original vendor/price tags and protective barriers have not been removed.
  • No returns on customized merchandise.
  • We are not able accept returns of worn merchandise for health reasons.
  • Products with manufacturing defects will be considered for replacement with management approval.
  • Riptide Swim Shop reserves the right to refuse all items that have been improperly cared for or abused.
  • No Returns or Exchanges on Technical Racing Suits. Including but not limited to the following suits: Speedo LZR Pure Intent, Speedo LZR Pure Valor, Speedo LZR Pro, Speedo LZR Racer Pro Recordbreaker, Speedo LZR Racer X, Speedo LZR Elite 2, and Dolfin Firststrike. All sales final on these items in this category.
